Welcome to the 2024 Jack Pine RoundUp Vendor Experience! Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at this year's Jack Pine RoundUp! This iconic Bulls, Broncs and Barrels event draws a vibrant crowd eager to experience the best of what our vendors have to offer. To ensure a successful and seamless event, please carefully review the information below and complete the attached application.
Vendor Information and Responsibilities
1. Theme Compliance:
*All vendor booths must adhere to a Western theme, except for food vendors. This helps maintain the authentic atmosphere our attendees love.
*NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS SERVING BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS ALLOWED! THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. Licensing Requirements:
*Vendors are required to obtain an Idaho City Vendor License for each day they operate. A copy of this license must be submitted with your application.
*Food and beverage vendors must also provide a valid permit from the Central District Health Department (CDHD) with their application.
3. Setup, Operation, and Cleanup:
*Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, and cleanup. This includes the removal of all trash and debris from your designated area.
*Setup is scheduled between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Friday. No exceptions!
4. Alcohol Sales:
*Only pre-approved, exclusive alcohol/liquor vendors are allowed at the event. No other vendors will be considered for alcohol sales.
*NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS SERVING BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS ALLOWED! THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. Power and Water:
*Please be aware that no power or water will be provided. We recommend vendors bring quiet generators if power is needed.
6. Vendor Passes:
*Indicate the number of vendor passes required for your staff on the application. These passes will grant access to work at your booth each night.
7. Operating Hours:
*Vendors must be open by 5:00 PM nightly and remain open until at least one hour after the event concludes each night. Operating hours vary. Operating during scheduled slack-time performances are optional.
8. Tear Down:
*Tear down begins one hour after Saturday evening's performance or by 9:00 AM on Sunday morning.
9. Fee Waivers:
*Non-profit and government organizations may have vendor fees waived at the discretion of the Jack Pine RoundUp management.
10.Application Deadline:
*Completed applications, including all required documentation and payment, must be received no later than July 1, 2025. Space is limited, and reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
